Wheat the silent killer

For those of you that don't know, wheat has a much higher effect on your sugar levels than eating a candy bar (unless said candy bar has wheat in it, lol). So, that being said I am embarking on a no wheat diet to see if my sense of health improves noticably (perhaps I'll lose some weight along the way). Feel free to join me in eliminating wheat from your diet as well, what could you lose from trying.... a few pounds maybe.
